2010-2011 Elected Leadership
Goals My goals for the South Carolina Federation of Republican Women are to bring women together to make a positive impact on the politics of our state, to recruit men and women to run for office at the local, state and national level who believe in the Republican Platform and to educate our members on the issues.
Now more than ever it is vital to know where elected officials stand on issues. Our voice is as powerful as we make it. There is strength in numbers, so an increase in membership and new clubs will provide us with more influence. Improving communication between SCFRW and the local clubs will ensure a more successful organization. I will do my upmost to answer each email and phone call as soon as possible.

Political Activities
and Experience
Betty was elected first vice chairman of the Greenville County Republican Party in February. She previously served as second vice chairman. She served as chairman of the Greenville County Victory 2006 campaign to get out the vote for Republican candidates. Despite Republican losses throughout the country, all Republican candidates for constitutional offices in South Carolina were elected except one.
